Welcome to A Wild Supper.
We invite you to adventure down the road less trodden - to join us for this exclusive and unique Wild Dining Experience.
Located in the heart of a hidden valley, you will be welcomed round the campfire with a drink and canapés.
We will then move into our beautiful new canvas pavilion, where you will enjoy a further 5 courses whilst listening to the babbling of the brook and the crackle of the wood burners that heat the space.
With provenance at our core, you can expect the finest in locally sourced, sustainably farmed, wild and homegrown ingredients - all cooked over an open fire.

Canapes:
Locally shot wild venison sausage roll, spicy, smoky rosehip ketchup
Wild garlic Labneh, Whitby Crab on croissant crostini pickled ox eye daisy
Starter :
Plank cooked Chalk Stream Trout, North Sea Dashi, pickled Magnolia and Sweet Cicley,wild leaves and flowers
Main
Fire Cooked Rack of Lamb, carrot and lime puree, Wild garlic bud pickle, charred asparagus, sorrel and elderberry reduction
Dessert:
Spruce tip cheesecake, hazelnut bed, spruce tip sugar and wild edible flowers
Wild tea and truffles:
Meadowsweet, mugwot and rose truffle
Nettle, mint and lemon balm tea
Digestif:
Wild Cherry Blossom Rum
There is a licensed bar on site with a selection of hand picked wines, Helmsley ale and no alcoholic options. We accept cash and cards.
Please do notify me of any dietary restrictions when you book. Although we will make every effort to cater for dietary restrictions, due to the nature of the event and remoteness of the location we can not cater for severe allergies.
The space is heated and the wilderness is managed to some extent but please wear practical footwear and warm clothes.
